See a dermatologist: Your question includes none of the details needed for determination of best therapy. You might try Benzoyl Peroxide cream while waiting to see the skin specialist. Be sure it dries well before you wear anything other than white. Better, apply at bedtime and use white bed sheets. It bleaches colors.
