Can't diagnose: Can't diagnose this with the available information. However if the pain becomes severe – especially if accompanied by nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite or fever that would warrant emergent evaluation. Note if pain moves down toward the lower right abdomen or worsens with being jolted.
