A member asked:

I got diagnosed with hpv in 2014 i'm 29 now and my last 2 pap smears were normal with negative hpv tests. is there a high chance if hpv coming back?

Not the same virus: There are many variants of the HPV virus. The virus you eliminated will not come back, but you are susceptible to other strains of HPV, like any body else. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
