I've been getting random pains across my body on and off and my skin seems really sensitive to pain and when i have a shower my legs go purple/red.

The purplish/reddish: color suggests this has something to do with the vascular or blood vessel system. An inflammation of blood vessels called vasculitis could account for these symptoms. I would start with your primary care physician and possibly see a vascular medicine specialist. Specialzed tests and exams will likely be needed to sort this out. All the best:)
