Head extended hiccup: If no new pain numbness tingling in fingers, or blurred vision, buzzing in ear, dizziness would not worry . With head extended there is some vertebral artery compression. Of note by stretching the phrenic nerve with head extended you can elicit hiccup as well. But if short lived ,with no symptoms there should not be be significant concern.

It's OK: Hiccups are repetitive, uncontrollable contractions of the diaphragm muscle. They usually start and stop abruptly for no obvious reason. Our bodies are designed magnificently and allow for all sorts of combined movements. I don't know of any harmful position associated with hiccuping. Not to worry:)

Are you having pain?: Anywhere afterward? If not, then there should be nothing to worry about. If you have pain some other concern, please ask about it in particular. The scenario you descibed does not seem to be worrisome in any way. Have a great day!
