I've had neck pain going on 4 weeks, i woke up this way one morning. i only have the neck pain when tilting head slightly to the left and back?

Exercise: You should exercise. Start gradually and increase the intensity so that you are sweating profusely. Aim for exercising vigorously for 150/week. Exercise will raise your core body temperature and relax the muscles, including the ones in your neck that are causing trouble. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine.
