Probably OK: There are a lot of things that can cause bumps. You have hair all over your body except palms and soles. A lot of the hairs are to small to see. In the pores are glands that make wax and oil. They can make these bumps (cysts). Not good to squeeze them. There are a bunch of other types of bumps, red or brown are usually OK. Black many be very dangerous. Get it looked at, maybe biopsied.
