Viral meningitis: This sounds like viral or 'aseptic' meningitis -because if it was bacterial meningitis I think you would be in the hospital already. I would recommend acetaminophen, drink LOTS of fluids, and rest. If you don't get better by tomorrow, you should go to the Emergency Room. You might need a spinal tap or other investigation into what you have. I always like to know as a doctor, so I hope you could go
