Hives?: Hard to comment with any certainty. Much more information needed to give an educated opinion. If hives are present, the first step is to try a long acting antihistamine such as cetirizine or fexofenadine. If no rash, the first step is usually to ensure adequate fluid intake and skin moisturizing.
