Milk intake: Normal for toddlers to decrease milk intake as they eat more solid food. Redness under eyes unlikely due to milk. Follow up with doctor re eye redness.

Mgt: He may be experiencing an allergic reaction to an environmental allergen. Please gently rinse his eyes with ocular saline and visit your PCP.
