what is better for you to drink, water or gatorade? i heard the sodium in sports drink is not good for you! thanks

Sports drinks: You are better off w/water. Sports drinks can contain sugar, artificial colors, sodium, etc. An alternative to water would be lemonade or iced tea you make yourself. Peace and good health.
