Fat or mucous: This could be undigested fat/oil. Your intestine may not be processing fat properly (especially if it is an ongoing issue). Or it might just be the combination and quantity of food you ate means it passed through before being processed. Alternatively, the white substance could be inflammatory fluid (pus/mucous) - this is less likely if you don't also have diarrhoea, cramps, blood in your stool.
