Some possibilities.: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and froth implies not only diarrhea but diarrhea with gas. Malabsorption--eating a starch you can't absorb such as milk sugar in lactose deficiency, or diabetic sugar supplements--will have the sugar go right thru, be digested/fermented by colon bacteria and give froth. Infection with some germs also.

Sounds concerning: Not sure what you mean by froth, but you could be describing some sort of fistula with another part of your body. You should probably get it checked out by a physician.

Possible absorption: Frothy stools are associated with some forms of gastroenteritis esp. if associated with blood. Fat malabsorption can e associated with it too. If it chronic or persistent..it needs evaluation.
