I have a red oval shaped spot on my lower back to the right. it is sensitive/itchy and 2-4 inches in length, 1-2 inches in width. it has been therr for 1yr aprox. dime sized red spots are appearing on my right thigh. what is it/do i go to the doctor?

It's not possible to provide a clear answer without seeing it. So seeing a doctor is needed. It is possible that since it is spreading it is a fungal or bacterial infection?
