Bite: Difficult to answer without more information. If it is itchy and stays localized, it may be just a non venomous insect bite that will disappear soon. Usually an OTC hydrocortisone will do. If however it becomes red, inflamed with discharge and spreads up your leg, you may be infected. You should follow up with a physician to evaluate. A person in your situation may need antibiotics.
