Fungal infection: This sounds like you have a fungal infection, such as 'jock itch'. Go get an antifungal cream such as Tinactin (tolnaftate) or Lotrimin and apply it 2x day in a thin coat for several days. Be sure to dry yourself well after bathing, wear cotton underwear.
