I have a blood clot in my buttocks. it was caused by an injury (fell over a sharp edge). it doesn't cause any pain though. how to recover from it?

Need to examine: It is not clear what you mean by "clot". If it is a collection of blood under the skin, it will resolve on its own though it may leave some pigmentation in the skin for some time. If there is a wound from the sharp object then it needs to examined to ascertain that it is not infected.
