Lesion: Lesion means a mark/spot or defect that looks abnormal compared to the surrounding tissue. Without knowing or seeing where this is it is impossible to make a diagnosis and then answer your quesiton re prognosis (whether it would get worse). Suggest a consult with a doctor for specific advice and diagnosis.
