Difficult to say: As different people even on the same diet take variable lengths of time to lose weight and it doesnt always come off the middle. Also as you lose more weight the rate of loss can sometimes slow down. BMI is 27.2 which suggests reasonable to look at managing weight as >25. I would recommend seeing a dietician or doctor or physical trainer licensed in your area to make a plan. Good luck

Dress size: Congats. Great job. If u if you eat like u did as u lost l6 lbs. fill in and solve the equation below: This will be an approximation. I assume your average dress size is 9. D1=Dress size at start. Time to lose one dress size= D1-9/4 Answer will be in months. Multiply it by 30 to get days. This would be a rough guess. And you thought math was worthless.
