I doubt: ...That your assessment/diagnosis is accurate. There are not to many superficial veins visible on the palm. They are mostly over the back of your hand. I rather believe that you possibly injured one of the tendons existing in the palm that move your fingers and you may have tendinitis. Regardless of which hand is affected u can try an anti-inflammatory (motrin, aleve (naproxen) ) i would show it to ur md.
