It is possible: to have microscopic bleeding after polyp removal, but if you see it on your wipes or in the toilet, then you may have other sources of bleeding (such as cancer) that your doctor may have missed. Or angiotelectasias. I would contact your GI doctor and make sure they are aware and give you satisfactory explanation for the bleeding. If you have hemorrhoids though that may explain continued bleed.
