What to do if a very small intermittent csf leak can't be detected on a cisternogram ?

Unlikely: Why are you asking this question. What are your symptoms and why was the cisternogram done.If it was done discuss the findings with your doctor. It is unlikely that they will miss a csf leak on cisternogram

If the leak cannot be found, this means that there is no leak and the problem sought on the cisternogram does not exist.
