NotLikelyFirstBite: First Bite Syndrome is characterized as pain in Parotid region (salivary gland) or lower jaw area and not behind the ear lobes,it subsequently improves with each bite.The location of your pain does not fit with typical pain of first bite syndrome..The cause is not known but may be related to nerve impairment due to cervical spine surgery.Your pain is unlikely as first bite syndrome.Get it chcked
