Reactive lymph node: You may have a small infection there with a reactive lymph node right below it. If this fails to resolve then see your dr. To make sure there is nothing suspicious that needs a biopsy. We can get infections at a hair follicle that may be causing the tenderness. Get it checked if it doesn't resolve.
