Yes: There is no other explanation, if the pregnancy test result is correct, and if the last menstrual period start date is correct. The dates suggest that ovulation and conception was on day 11 or thereabouts, with implantation by day 17 or so... and thus the positive pregnancy test on day 18. Congratulations on your upcoming new baby.
