Subtract 2 weeks: Pregnancy dating assumes conception occurred 2 weeks after ovulation. If you are 12 weeks and 1 day gestational age, then you should have conceived about 10 weeks and 1 day ago. That would probably be about plus or minus 4 to 7 days.
