Is it better to get a full 8-10 hours sleep when you can or stick to a local schedule when jetlagged?

Jet lag: You can avoid it by adjusting to your new destination 2-3 days earlier. For example, flying from nyc to berlin means you want to get to bed early and get up very early. Works for me, without any medication.
