Lukewarm : Always works for me. The important thing is to clean and stimulate the gum tissue. A neutral water temperature will make things more pleasant. Just keep using the oral irrigator regularly and good things will happen.

Room temperature: Never set higher than medium. The important things consistency, use it regularly, and follow a pattern rather than skipping around.
