See a doctor: Have your knee checked and stabilized. You don't want to have an untreated condition like a bum knee when the baby decides to come--it may prove to be an additional difficulty that could complicate your ability to get where you need to go for delivery of the baby. The knee should have no effect on the health of your baby, if that is your concern.
