Arthritis: Maybe arthritis if your knee and elbow are sore to the touch or if there is redness or swelling, or if the problem has been going on for more than a couple of weeks. There are many kinds of arthritis -- impossible to guess without more information about other joints, other symptoms, fever, skin problems, and more. If in doubt, see a doctor -- do it immediately if fever or joints swollen & tender.

Longer discussion: Hi Sorry to hear you have been suffering from elbow and knee pain. If the pain started spontaneously without clear cause or trauma, and both your knee and elbow started hurting at the same time, I think you need to have a more formal eval with a local doctor so they can get more details for clarification and do a proper physical exam.
