Sono seems OK: If your ultrasound exam was performed by a skilled certified sonographer and accurate measurements of the "crown-rump-length" of your embryo were obtained, the findings you describe are not causes for alarm; your gestational age and due date (along with the viability of your pregnancy) may simply have to be confirmed by a follow-up "dating" sonogram in 3 to 4 weeks.
