Infection: Hi BarbaraP Concerned about the trembling, cold extremities, fatigue and fever. It sounds like you have an infection somewhere with the fever. Usually treated with antibiotics. Can you get to a medical doctor in your area? I did see TX had some weather problems this week so I hope all is OK. Dr Lori Lange Pennsylvania
