What causes extreme fatigue/exhaustion for over 1 month, lightheadedness, low grade fevers, numbness in extremities, blurry vision, skin hot 2 touch?

Fatigue : The symptoms may be suggestive of wide variety of illnesses including: subacute infection such as endocarditis, endocrine problems such as hyper- or hypothyroidism, occult malignancy such as lymphoma or even emotional stress, anxiety or depression. Obviously this requires further investigation by doing thorough physical examination and blood work analysis which will guide further work up.
