Needs to be checked: We know that you are a female but we don't know how old you are and how long you have had this pain on hand and fingers and little swelling.It may be some kind of inflammation or arthritis.It needs to be ckecked with a detailed History and Physical exam.And if indicated blood work and xrays etc.So make an appointment and get it checked to know the diagnosis and appropriate treatment
