Coarctation of aorta: In this condition, there is a narrowing in the aorta, the main artery coming out of the heart and bringing blood to the body. It would be common for this to result in lower blood pressure in the left arm, and one might feel this as a temperature difference. Children and adults with coarctation should be followed by a cardiologist with expertise in this condition.
