Talk with you doctor: Ocasionally complications can arise after the galbladder is removed. This can include new stone formation or blockage in the bile duct, or a problem with the pancreas. Sometimes there is scar tissue that also causes a problem. You will need an evaluation, but if you are vomiting, turning yellow, have a fever, or if you have severe pain, an ER visit is reasonable.
