Not likely bad: The aorta lies at the back of the abdomen, and when you lie down the abdominal contents slide off to the sides of it (normal). This makes it easier to feel. In slender persons it is often very easy to feel the pulse in the aorta, and some are slender enough that the pulse can be seen. In older people it may become more prominent when an aneurysm develops. VERY unlikely at age 25. Hope this helps.
