20 yr old female, is it normal to feel strong pulse in belly? i have frequent stomach and back pain, scared it may be abdominal aortic aneurysm?

Unlikely: Unless you have an inherited or congenital abnormality of connective tissue, it's unlikely at your age. It is not unusual to be able to feel an abdominal pulse, but if you get an ultrasound of your abdomen then an aneurysm can be ruled out as a cause.
