Severe acne?????: Assuming you have severe nodulocystic acne, and assuming you are dosing it correctly, this will bring dramatic improvement. Results are likely to be seen in another 2 or 3 months. Standard treatment is 5 months. During treatment there will be dry skin and lips. As the acne clears the color will SLOWLY fade towards normal. After the last dose the dry skin will recover in a week.
