Visual: Without actually seeing your skin it is near impossible to even speculate what these bumps may be. Do not pick at, scratch, "pop" the bumps. Keep your skin clean as usual. Follow up with your doc or dermatologist if the bumps persist, worsen or develop other symptoms such as pain, itching, discoloration, etc.
