Drink fluids: It is most important that you drink fluids - preferably water, to prevent dehydration from nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and/or fever due to viral gastroenteritis. Please seek medical attention if you are unable to tolerate any fluids, are not voiding/urinating at least every eight hours or if your symptoms worsen or persist > 3 days.
