Why laproscopy surgery is advice in case of infertility?

Visualize : To rule out intraabdominal pathology: endometriosis , cystic or fibrotic ovarian changes, fallopian tube visualization, organ positioning, etc.

To: ...Have a better look and to search for reasons possibly causing the infertility...

NOT USEFUL AT ALL!: With the current diagnostic and treatment protocols, laparoscopy is seldom used. Its risk, as a surgical procedure, far outweighs its benefits as a "look-see". It is best used for surgical treatments, when needed.
