I have been diagnosed with varicocele about 4 years ago. currently i have no symptoms. i would like to know what is my risk for infertility and if i should do the surgery. my best regards?

Varicocoele ?'s: If the size of the varicocoele is stable, there is minimal concern for diminished sperm count. Get a semen analysis by a urologist, and an assessment can be provided regarding male fertility from those results.
