VpcS: Ventricular group beats can occur in benign as well as pathologic conditions. We generally do some tests like echocardiogram and stress testing to evaluate the anatomy and physiology of the heart. Otherwise normal hearts can have ventricular group beats which are benign. If the heart is structurally or functionally abnormal, we worry about them.
