Live Consult: If you are registered with Health Tap you can have a live text/video/phone consult. If not then you will need to arrange to see your usual Dr. An over-the-counter pregnancy test from the pharmacy is the first thing to check. Otherwise the range of possible causes is wide (gastrointestinal vs gynaecological)

Get a pregnancy test: There is always a chance that you may have conceived - if this is the case then there is a risk of an ectopic pregnancy as well. You need to get a pregnancy test and see a doctor if your pain increases

Rule out pregnancy;: It is difficult to know why you are late; are your periods regular? are you concerned about pregnancy? Use a pregnancy test and go to GP for back pain.

Begin with pregnancy: test. Want to make sure it is not an abnormal (ectopic pregnancy). Could also be endometriosis. See you Gyn.
