See your Dentist: your Dentist can do a full examination, arrive at a differential diagnosis, and recommend the appropriate treatment. Make sure to take a full list of all meds & supplements, prescription and OTC, that you take. Also note if there has been a change in medications, foods, etc, in the last few days.
