I have been missing taking my propranolol in the am. i remember to take at night. after taking, i feel blah, headachey ,dizzy. should i take in the am?

Depends on reason: Why do you take it? Thyroid, hypertension, anxiety, heart rhythm, headaches? If it makes you feel bad you should not take it and would discuss it with the prescribing physician for an alternative medication.
