Do adults with cerebral palsy do this to pass stool and urine?, literally force and push it out manually with a finger?, i'm tired of this, help.

It happens: If/when the nerve deficits of CP or any other disorder interfere with the bodies emptying pattern, stool retention & excessive drying can result. Long term (constant) use of a stool wetting agent like MIRALAX and scheduled emptying (like every 8-12 hours) can reduce the problem. A diet that avoids bananas, dry cereals, apples can help. Peaches, pears, prunes and barley soften the stool.
