Probably so: Look on the bottle. Most probiotics don't need refrigeration. Some that recommend it, don't really require it. Even if they do, keeping them at RT for a few days probably won't affect them dramatically. Obviously just take as many as you might need during the voyage. Or if worried, buy a small quantity of a kind that does not say it needs refrigeration.
