Penicillin allergy: No, there is no cross-reactivity between the usual organisms contained in probiotic preparations and the drug penicillin or its derivatives. You should, however, make note of the type of reaction you experienced and transmit this information to any doctor you see for any reason. People with an allergic reaction to one agent may have a higher risk of reacting to others.
